Controlled Substance Reporting (CSR)
Controlled Substance Reporting automatically tracks controlled substance prescription information and uploads the file (state permitting) on your behalf to the appropriate state agency. This includes compliance with all zero-reporting requirements. Our CSR service will also provide emailed notifications that let you know if the file submission was successful.

Every state (except for Missouri) has in place a prescription monitoring program (PMP) that requires pharmacies to submit regularly – in some cases daily – reports about controlled substance prescription levels.  Even if your pharmacy fills no prescriptions for a controlled substance, you may still be required to file a zero-submission form. 

Prescriber Validation Service (PVS)
Prescriber Validation Service allows pharmacies to seamlessly perform this credential check as a routine part of filling a controlled substance prescription.  PVS provides real-time access to prescriber NPI and DEA credentials, as well as state licensing information and authorization activity.

MMS processes thousands of transactions each day, with prescriber information updated in real time based on updates received from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), state licensing agencies, and the National Technical Information Service.

Pre-Post Editing Services
Pre-Post Editing Services decreases pharmacy claims submission errors and maximize claims reimbursement levels and improves the integrity of your claims.  Our editing services allow you to pre-populate common fields, such as the name and address of your pharmacy.  Our solution also evaluates each claim to identify variables that could potentially affect your rate of reimbursement.  Those variables are attached to the claim in the form of an actionable message and will help ensure a smoother claims review process, and a maximum reimbursement.

Prescription Price Analyzer

My PrimeRx™ App Pharmacy Project Management
My PrimeRx™ App is a comprehensive pharmacy mobile app providing accurate and thorough drug and prescription information for pharmacists and pharmacy owners. Owners of multiple pharmacies can generate PrimeRx™ reports for all locations.  PrimeRx™ reports can be generated on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and delivered directly to a specified IP address.

Data Conversion
MMS will be able to convert pharmacy data in-house from almost any Pharmacy Management System. In the case of some PMS vendors, a third party data conversion company such as Infowerks or Two Point will be involved at an extra cost pass on to the pharmacy.
