    Please complete and submit this form to register a student group as active for the Academic Year. This form must be submitted to ensure official NU recognition. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. Please provide as much information as you can to assist us in promoting and supporting your club.

  • New student organizations must have at least three members, including at least two officers. Your member list must include the following information for each member:

    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Student ID
    • Club title, if they hold an officer position (i.e. President/Chair, Vice-President/Vice-Chair, etc.)

  • New student organizations must designate one representative to the InterClub Council. Representatives will attend monthly Zoom meetings of leaders from all registered student organizations. You may change your representative or designate a substitute at any time. Representatives may also hold officer positions.
