The AHP Foundation has designated funds raised through contributions to the AHP Foundation Annual Fund for the sole purpose of providing scholarship assistance to health care development professionals. The scholarships, up to $2,000 USD, help defray the cost for a development professional to attend one of the following conferences: the AHP Institute for Healthcare Philanthropy (Madison Institute), the AHP Annual International Conference, or one of the AHP spring conferences.
In addition, the Hospital Development and Education Fund (HDEF) of Canada offers the following scholarship assistance to Canadians through contributions made to the HDEF of Canada:
Up to $2,000 CAD bursary for a professional to any AHP conference/workshop of choice
Up to $2,000 CAD bursary for a professional to attend AHP Institute for Healthcare Philanthropy (Madison Institute)
Up to $2,000 CAD bursary for volunteers/board members to any AHP conference/workshop of choice*
