The Student Supervisor-in-Training position is an amazing leadership opportunity with additional responsibilities. SSITs are evaluated on their ability to run shifts and their leadership skills. You will be required to work semester teardowns, attend Fall/Spring Training and bi-weekly meetings, and other required training sessions. The Student Supervisor-in-Training position is an excellent way to builder leadership skills and looks great on resume.
