A nonrefundable deposit for the amount of one participant cost is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
Final adjustments to guest numbers must be made no less than ten days prior to the reservation date. Accommodations for adjustments requested less than ten days prior to the reservation are not guaranteed.

Should you need to get a hold of us, please call 719-424-7827. Refunds will not be issued if programs are cancelled less than ten days before the program date. The nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's Starlight Safari programs continue as scheduled as long as the Zoo was open the day of your reservation. If the Zoo needs to close due to inclement weather, we will call to reschedule the Stalight Safari for another date.

Your Starlight Safari is not guaranteed until the contact person named in the form receives a confirmation email from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo stating the resources are available. At that time the nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a Starlight Safari.
