All designs are final. Revisions will not be offered (unless a mistake on our end or a glaring issue) so ensure all info is correct and nothing is missing before submitting.
Graphic Design Requests

The person who turns in the Jotform will be the only point of contact.

If the Jotform is missing information (i.e. wording, event details etc.) your project will be put on hold which may bump back your delivery date.

A two week turn around time is required for all projects. Exceptions will be made for particular situations (memorials, change in service etc.) but will be case by case.

Communication on Trello must happen in a timely manner. If we ask a question about your project on Trello and we do not hear back, your project will be placed on hold which may bump back your delivery date.

Our team will reach out to each person who has submitted a project within 24-48 hours once the project has been submitted.

If the scope of your project is very large and effects a lot of areas we suggest you setup a meeting with the Creative Arts team to discuss the project.
Gear Design / Orders

All gear orders need more time to deliver, please setup a meeting with the Creative Arts team to discuss your gear needs. This process takes time to design, recieve final approval, order and have it delivered. Please plan accordingly.

If requesting samples the process will take much longer to finish.
Be sure to include all details you would like on your design such as: who, what, where, when and why.
