Membership Payments
Membership dues are automatically drafted on the 1st,15th or 28th of each month, depending on your setup.
If a payment does not process on your scheduled draft date, a $25 late fee will be applied.
As a courtesy, if a payment is missed, our team will give you one friendly reminder call to help you get caught up.
After two consecutive missed payments, your membership will be automatically canceled, and a $199 cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• Aeris memberships are a commitment to your glow and well-being.
• If you choose to cancel before completing your 6-month or 12-month agreement (based on your membership type), a $199 early cancellation fee will apply.
• This policy ensures fairness to all members and allows us to continue offering the elevated benefits that make Aeris Medical Aesthetics special.

Gifting Courtesy

Can’t make it in one month? No worries — life happens!
As a one-time courtesy, you may gift your monthly membership service to a friend or family member.
Just give us their name, and Aeris will roll out the VIP welcome for your guest.
