Join award-winning director Kate Gaul (Siren Theatre Co) for a one-day workshop exploring approaches to directing for theatre and performance. Through practical exercises using text and improvisation Kate will take participants on an in-depth exploration of how to lead a creative process: from assembling a creative team to working with performers on the floor and everything in between. The workshop will also include a forum-style discussion with Kate looking at the ins and outs of sustaining a creative career in Australia.
