As a vendor you will be supporting a community event where individuals and family's can get free photos with Santa, shop, eat, and be merry.
You will get a 6 foot tabling to promote your business and/or sell your products, yes bring your own table. Food vendors will be limited to 6 and clustered together near the outdoor access where we can have 1 food truck.
The event begins at 10am so please arrive before 9am for full set up by 9:50am.
Only one company or product will be represented, you will be invoiced seperately or notified if your company is already represented.
You will receive an email confirming further details 4-7 days prior to the event. Please also see the discussion tab in the event on fb for further details as we get closer.
The fee for your space is $50. If you have any special needs please add that info at the bottom section of this form.
If you would like to put your advertisment in the swag bags given to the first 100 people please indicate what else you will be contributing below.
