Electricity is not available at this time, however you are welcome to bring a generator.
We will notify you by email of your accepted. If accepted you will receive an invoice via Square DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS. PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
WE CAN NOT MOVE YOUR PAYMENT TO A NOTHER SHOW DATE OR REFUND IT FOR ANY REASON - INCLUDING WEATHER.
Bohemian's 2nd Saturday Sale is the 2nd Saturday of each month from March thru October from 10 AM to 4 PM in the parking lot at 10 West Main Suite 140 in Yukon, OK. In order to secure your space you must be paid in full. Payment is due within 7 days upon acceptance to the show. All payments are non refundable.
Booth set up will be the morning of the event at 830 AM. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP AND READY BY 9:45 AM. If you need more time please make arrangements. We are happy to meet you early. Please do not begin packing up until 4:00 PM.
You will be required to stay the entire event, should you choose to leave or pack up early you will not be aloud back to future events.
Upon arrival you will check in at the front desk to sign a Service Provider Indemnification Agreement and receive your space number.
Table and chairs will not be provided. You must bring your own. Also remember this is an OUTDOOR event in OKLAHOMA. Weather is impossible to predict so be prepared!
Packing and breaking down will begin at 4pm and no earlier. There is no time limit for break down.
Bohemians does not guarantee product sales or give promised attendance numbers to anyone. Booth placement is based on product type (we try to spread out like things!) and may not be requested. We ask for you to please help by sharing the event on facebook and telling your friends and family. We will have flyers available for you to print and hand out to friends, family, and customers.
This event is FREE to the public.
