Please list all high schools you have attended, as well as any and all colleges, universitites, or graduate schools in chronological order.
If you will be graduating high school this year, OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS must be submitted from ALL high schools you attended.
If you are currently an undergraduate or graduate student, you must submit OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS from ALL institutions of higher learning you attended. Transcripts should be mailed directly to Local 600's National office. Detailed information is provided in the Disclosures & Responsiiblites section at the end of this application.
Please list the school(s) we can expect to receive transcripts from.
