Usage Access Understandings
The party listed above accepts responsibility for maintaining the security of their respective assigned gate access code upon approval. It shall not be shared with a person or person(s) outside of the company/organization applying for the access pin. The Wynstone Community Management has the right to review access logs, camera footage and other means of information collection to ensure there is no abuse to the gate systems and access policies. Abuse or mis-use of the access code including, but not limited to, the use of the gate code for recreational or personal leisure is strictly prohibited. Wynstone has posted speed limits that must be adhered to – violation may result in revocation of your access code. Additionally, parking on the street is only allowed with special permission from the HOA. Permission may be requested by contacting Community Management at email@example.com or by calling 605-232-0262.
The Wynstone Community Management has the right to suspend an access code, pending further review of suspected malicious intent or abuse. If illegal or criminal activities is suspected – Community Management may submit these findings to the proper authorities necessary to pursue any legal actions necessary.
On-going clubs or events, please request a shared code to be given and shared amongst the group.
Parking Restrictions – Please, do not block any fire hydrants, entrance to neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
