  • Participating vendor agrees to contribute to making this event successful and building the network of attendees by:
    • Inviting their network of contacts to the Facebook event page.
    • Inviting their network of contacts to “Like” the Stockyards Vendor Blender Facebook page.
    • Posting to the event page about their product or company.
    • Supporting the other vendors in the group by liking, commenting and sharing the other vendor’s posts.
    • Participating vendor agrees to bring one item to be raffled off during the event.

    An email confirmation will be sent once registration is approved. Upon approval of your registration, payment will need to be submitted within 24 hours to secure vendor booth space.  Booths are not confirmed until booth registration fee has been received. No refunds will be issued if vendor cancels 30 days prior to the event date. Should vendor submit a registration form and fail to pay the full registration fee, vendor will forfeit their spot at the event as well as any amount they have paid if within 30 days of the event. Should a vendor cancel within 2 weeks of the event and their registration fee has not been paid, vendor will not be permitted to participate in future Stockyards Vendor Blender events and will be removed from the vendor group.

    No guarentee of sales are made by registering for any event within Stockyards Vendor Blender. By registering for the Stockyards Vendor Blender Sip & Shop, vendor agrees to the entire content of these pages.

  • General Information:


    Vendor Registration

    Vendors are encouraged to complete and pay their registration fees early so that their company information can be listed on the Event Page. Vendor registration and booth selection are not guaranteed until booth fee has been paid. Booth reassignment may be made by Stockyards Vendor Blender up until booth registration fee is paid. After vendor has registered and paid their fee, please feel free to make your way to the event page and post something about your product. We ask that all vendors be courteous to other participants and allow all vendors an opportunity to post. This includes supporting vendors through social media by liking and commenting on other vendors posts. Negative comments and posts will not be tolerated and will result in Vendor being removed from event page and not being invited back to participate.


    Vendor Agreement

    Within the Stockyards Vendor Members group, there are several members who may represent similar companies and like products. Acts of unprofessionalism such as poaching of your competitor’s friends, customers and network are strictly forbidden within Stockyards Vendor Blender and the Stockyards Vendor Members Site. If any vendor is found practicing this behavior, they will be removed and banned from the Stockyards Vendor Member group immediately and without warning and will not be permitted to participate in any future Stockyard Vendor Blender events. Any monies that have been prepaid for an event will be automatically forfeited- regardless of whether or not it is within 30 days of an event. Unethical business practices are something that the Stockyards Vendor Members Admin take very seriously. We will to the best of our ability guard and enforce to protect each member’s network of friends, family, contacts and customer base.


    How to Pay Registration

    Vendors may pay their registration one of three ways.

    1- Registration may be paid through PayPay via FRIENDS & FAMILY. Upon approve of registration a link will be emailed to vendor to do so. Vendor will have an option to pay using their PayPal account or via credit card from this link. Registrations that are paid through PayPal not using the link provided, and that are not sent via Friends and Family where fees are incurred by the recipient- these fees will be charged back to the vendor. Vendor must pay the fees in full prior to their registration confirmation and prior to participation.

    2- Registration may be paid via credit card. An invoice will be emailed to vendor to submit payment via credit card. Please note there will be a 4% credit card transaction fee added to invoice.

    3- Vendor may mail a check to Misty Majka; PO Box 123626; Fort Worth, TX 76121-3626. Payment must be received prior to cut off dates in order to receive the early bird rate. Post marked dates will not be honored for the earlybird rate.


    Early Bird Registration

    Vendors complete their registration form and pay their fee by the early bird cut-off date of December 01, 2018 will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE booth registration at the February Stockyards Vendor Blender Sip & Shop event. Free booth will be the same size booth or smaller that was registered for January. If an 8’x8’ booth was registered for in January and the Early Bird winner would like to upgrade to a 10’x10’ booth, vendor may do so at a rate of $30.00.

     

    Vendor Set-Up/Tear Down

    Set up begins at 11:00 am. All vendors should be completely set up and ready for attendees by 12:30 pm. Tear Down may begin at 7:00 pm and must be completed by 8:00 pm. Tear Down is not permitted before 7:00 pm.

     

    Booth Selection 

    Booth Selections should be made upon registering by selecting your first three options. Stockyards Vendor Blender will do the very best we can to accomodate your first option. 

     

    Registration Table                                                                                           A sign in sheet will be at the front entrance for attendees to sign in to be notified of upcoming events should they choose. This is where wristbands and raffle tickets will be issued.


    Beverage Wristbands and Raffle Tickets
    Upon entry- Attendees over 21 years of age who pre-registered and purchased their ticket will be provided with a wrist band for Margaritas and 5 raffle tickets. If attendees are not pre-registered, they may purchase a ticket at the door for their wristband and raffle tickets. Vendors may purchase a margarita wristband and 5 raffle tickets at a cost of $8.00 per person. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased 5 tickets for $5.00.


    Raffle Table
    Each Vendor will need to bring 1 raffle item. Raffles will be held throughout the day. Vendor will have the option to sign up for their first choice raffle time slots. Attendees will be able to drop their raffle tickets into the raffle price container they wish to win. After raffle event has been concluded, the raffle tickets in each vendor’s jar containing contact information may be picked up by the vendor for follow up. It is the responsibility of the vendor to retrieve the raffle tickets from their jar at the end of the event. Raffle winners do not need to be present to win at the final raffle drawing of the evening. It will be up to the vendor to contact the winner to arrange delivery of the winning prize. This is an excellent opportunity for follow up. Keep in mind the potential shipping cost when selecting your raffle item.


    Company Representation
    Only one vendor is permitted to participate per company in each event. Only one company per booth is permitted to participate. Vendors are not permitted to share a single booth space for multiple vendors.

     

    First Option/Waiting List

    Current month participants- Vendor A, retains first option of the following month’s participation until the time that they miss a month or forfeit their spot. Should Vendor A not exercise their right to participate at a scheduled event, the next vendor- Vendor B, from that company that is on the waiting list will be permitted to take that spot. Vendor B will retain first option at future events until they chose not to exercise their right to participate. At that point Vendor A will have first option and any other vendors on the waiting list will have the next option. If a vendor pre-registers and is prepaid for 3 months or more at a time, and due to unforeseen circumstances is not able to participate in one of these months, a waitlist vendor will be contacted to fill in. The waitlist vendor will only be permitted to fill in for that month and will hold no option at the next month’s event. If vendor pre-registers and is prepaid for a future month, and another vendor registers and pays for the current month, The current month vendor will hold first option at the next available open registration, not the vendor who registered and paid for a future month. Current DM participating vendors must secure their spot 45 days prior to the following month- after this time, waitlist vendors will be contacted to fill the spot.


    Event Venue
    The event will be held in the Tropy Room of the River Ranch Stockyards. The venue is located directly off of 23rd Street across the street from the Stockyards Stations Parking Lot

    Vendor Member Facebook Page
    A lot of information will be communicated through our Stockyards Vendor Member Facebook page, so please keep an eye on that. Vendors may add other people to the Vendor Member page if they are working the booth with you. If you are not currently a member of the Stockyards Vendor Member facebook group page, please find Misty Majka on facebook, send a friend request, and then follow it up with a Facebook Message indicating your company name and that you would  like to be added to the group page. Once  this is done, Misty will add you to the group page.
