This information is used for the sole purpose of making you a new TU ID and the possibility of charging my bursar account. The information is stored on a secure server in USA. At anytime you have the right to ask us to remove your information. This provides us with compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To have us remove your information from the server, you can email us at parking-cardservices@utulsa.edu.

To request a temporary ADA parking permit you will need to visit the Parking & Card Services office located in Fisher Hall near Pat Case dining center. If you have any questions please contact our office at parking-cardservices@utulsa.edu

Upload documentation (Doctors request on letterhead or Physical Disability Parking Placard Application signed by physician.) Please don't include any information related to the diagnosis or reason for the ADA permit. This is not necessary to process a temporary ADA permit.
