Welcome to the Adirondack Wool & Arts Festival held at the Washington County Fairgrounds located on Route 29 & Old Schuylerville Rd. between Greenwich and Schuylerville.
The Washington County Fair has been an agricultural tradition for over 100 years is proud to promote this event. The fairgrounds hosts many other events and offers convenient free parking, enclosed buildings, and clean restrooms with hot showers, also, there is plenty of camping with full hookups and a dump station.
The Festival will continue to offer the public education on all of the products produced in fiber arts, raw fleece, roving, spinning supplies, needle felting supplies, dyes, yarns, knitting items, crochet, weaving, finished products, and much more.
Inside building Booth Sizes & Price:
Early registration incentive: All inside spaces are 10’ x 10’ @ $70.00 each by March 1st.
If a vendor applies after March 1st the booth space fee will be $85.00 each.
We provide only space and electric. Limited to 300 watts per booth.
The Committee will respond with an acceptance letter.
Sales Tax: You must have a current New York State Sales Tax ID number and have a copy on file with us prior to the Festival. It must be displayed in your booth during the show.
Tables: The Washington County Fair rents 8’ x 30” tables for $12.00 each for the weekend. They must be reserved ahead with your application. We do not have chairs for rent.
Camping is available on the Fairgrounds:
$10.00 per night (with or without 20amp/110 Power)
$15.00 per night Camper, Motorhome, etc. with Water, 30 amp power A/C & gray water drain.
Dump Station available after the event.
Liability: Every possible protection and courtesy will be extended to the exhibitors at the Adirondack Wool & Arts Festival. The Washington County Fair Board of Directors shall not be responsible for any loss of exhibits, animals, or equipment from fire, theft or loss from any other cause. The Washington County Fair Inc. will not assume any liability for personal injury sustained either by exhibitors, helpers, visitors, or placement and under no circumstances will it be responsible for any loss injury or damage done to or occasioned by or arising from any article on exhibition, and the exhibitor shall indemnify the fair and management thereof, against all legal or other proceedings in regard thereto.
Cancellation Policy: Deadline for applicants to cancel is 60 days before the start of the event. At that time, applicants on the waiting list will be notified of the opening and offered the space. Applicants on the waiting list will be considered by the date their application was received.
Joint Booth Space: If sharing a booth with another exhibitor, both may sell, but only one of you may advertise your farm/business in that space.
To ensure you will be a part of our advertising and website you must apply before March 1st, 2019. If you apply after March 1st, 2019 you may not be a part of advertising and the website.
