Consenso Global is an ISO 17100 certified language service provider and collects information from its suppliers to ensure best services and comply with the certification standards.
Consenso Global is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure and your rights in relation to it.
We will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when dealing with your personal data.

We will not share or sell your information for marketing purposes to other companies.
How do we collect information?
The information we collect is provided by you via our application form online or, in special cases and when agreed upon, by email.
What kind of data do we collect and how much of it do we actually use?
During the recruitment process, we'll collect all the information that will allow us to process your application which means, name, email, phone numbers, address, Vat number, CV, and references as well as degree or training diplomas and certificates and any other information that might be needed to a seamless recruitment process. We will also keep the information gathered about you during interviews with you as part of the recruitment process.
How do we use personal data in our operations?
At the recruitment stage, we use personal data to screen candidates and judge their suitability to collaborate with us.
In case the application won't be accepted during the recruitment and selection process, we will keep only the information strictly necessary to avoid repeated applications, all the other information will be deleted. If the application is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be those outlined for employees.
Where do we store data and who has access to it?
The data are stored on our internal server using a GDPR compliant Translation Management System. The data will be processed by the employees of Consenso Global responsible for the recruitment process. Trusted supplier partners might have limited access to some data and only in the context of necessary administrative processing (IT maintenance and accounting). Any employee or partner of Consenso Global will treat any data that he/she might have access to with confidentiality.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we receive.
Please note however that when you are transmitting information to us over the internet this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Information about any breach will be communicated to you and the National Data Protection Committee within 72 hours after knowledge.
How long will we keep your data?
Consenso Global will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for its legitimate business interests or as required by contractual obligations or law. Different laws require different retention periods.
Why do we collect this information?
This collection of information is based on a legitimate interest, as we need to process the data of our candidates and possible future collaborators during the recruitment process to comply with our ISO 17100 certification.
Some of the information collected is based on the necessity of complying with legal and contractual obligations.
