TO REGISTER: Fill out the form below and submit payment using the secure payment website. Required information is indicated with a red asterisk (*). Registration is complete and your information is submitted to tournament organizers as soon as your payment is processed.

On-line discounted registration is open until Midnight Thursday, December 19th.

On-line full price registration will be available until Midnight Thursday, December 26th.

Walk-up at-tournament-site full price registration will be available from 4:00-5:30pm Friday, December 27th (4-day schedule) and until 4:45pm Saturday, December 28th (3-day schedule).

IMPORTANT: Be sure to bring your own equipment (chess sets, boards and clocks), as is normal for most USCF events.

Players must be members of the U.S. Chess Federation to play. USCF Membership fees vary by age, starting at $40 for adults per year, with lower rates for youth and those over age 65.

"Under" = this is the rating at which you can no longer enter that section (For example: U2200 is only open to players with ratings as high as 2199).

Byes: 1/2-point bye available for any round if selected before the round starts. But for Rounds 5-7 players must commit before Round 4. Limit of 2 byes if in contention for prizes.

PAYMENT INFO:

EASTERN OPEN ENTRY FEE: For the main event - choose one section. "Under" = this is the rating at which you can no longer enter that section (For example: U2200 is only open to players with ratings as high as 2199).

SIDE EVENTS: There are 3 separate side events each requiring a separate Entry Fee. You must select and pay for each to be pre-registratied for these events.

USCF Memberships: Only select a USCF Membership payment if your current membership has expired or will expire by the day of the tournament, OR if you do not have a USCF membership. Only select one USCF Membership option.

USCF Memberships: Premium versus Regular. The ONLY difference between these two memberships is that with the Premium membership you will receive hard copies of Chess Life or Chess Life for Kids magazines by MAIL. While for the Regular membership, you can only view these magazines ON-LINE through the USCF website. There is only one membership for Seniors.

USCF Memberships - for Seniors / Youth: These memberships are subject to age confirmation at the tournament. Please include a birthdate for these memberships in the appropriate box below.
