If there seems to be a Hardware related problem with your device or part within the Warranty period, simply get in touch with us.
You will need to provide us with your original proof of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the device or part needs to be returned and is within the first 14 days of purchase, we will provide a prepaid courier label to return the item. If it is more than 14 days since the purchase you will be responsible for the cost of couriering the device back to us. Once we have validated the issue we will either fix your item or issue you a replacement within 5 business days.
If you make a validated warranty claim within 14 days of the purchase date, we will replace the item with a product that meets the same specifications. If a replacement cannot be sourced, a full refund will be issued.
For any claim made 14 days or more after the customer has received the item, a repair will be arranged or, if unrepairable, a replacement will be offered. A refund will not be granted after this initial two-week period.
Please DO NOT attempt to repair or take your device to a third party for repair without first contacting us. This will automatically void our warranty. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or purchases without express authorisation.
