Important Event Information
Event begins at 6pm on May 18th,2019 and ends at 10pm on May 18th, 2019. Booth setup begins at 4 pm on 5/17/19. Booths must be completed no later than 4:30 pm on 5/18/19. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by April 31, 2019, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
Provide quality food that is pre-approved for 3 to 6 item menu that is staffed by clean, professional, and courteous personnel. All Food Vendors must provide Product Liability Insurance for sale and distribution of food items at the event. Each vendor must provide food handlers license. Also, have menu on display with price. Price will not change at the event once approved or there will be a $75 fine fee.
