Important Event Information
Event begins at 6pm on April 24th, 2020 and ends at 10pm on April 24th 2020. Booth setup begins at 3pm on 4/23/20. Booths must be completed no later than 4:30 pm on 4/24/20. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by April 1st, 2020 , will lose their space (no refunds/no rainchecks will be given).
FOOD VENDORS
Provide quality food that is pre-approved for 3 to 6 item menu that is staffed by clean, professional, and courteous personnel. All Food Vendors must provide Product Liability Insurance for sale and distribution of food items at the event. Each vendor must provide food handlers license. Also, have menu on display with price. Price will not change at the event once approved or there will be a $75 fine fee.
