Residential Driveway Standards

1. Maximum of one (1) driveway allowed per adjoining street for single family, duplex or triplex.
2. Required width of a driveway is 9 feet minimum to 18 feet maximum.
3. Curb radii is 3.5 feet.
4. Maximum Slope of 10.6%
