Submission of the Club Application and Consents Form confirms acceptance of all required commitments for all teams representing the club in TYSL.
This form must be submitted and approved by League Management prior to any team being bracketed or scheduled for games.
All registration fees must be paid in full before teams will be eligible for bracketing or scheduling.
