Wardrobe

Mommy & Me Mini's includes full access to the Client Wardrobe. Wardrobe is an extremely important and often overlooked element. Most wardrobe can make or break a session. I understand finding wardrobe for your family that is cohesive and flattering on all family members can be both challenging and expensive. For this reason, I highly recommend taking advantage of the client wardrobe included with the session fee.

Backup Dates & Time:

November 1st & 2nd: 4:00 - 6:00pm
*Please keep the same day and time slot open the following week of your session, in the event we need to reschedule due to incliment weather. For example, if your session date is October 25th at 5pm, your backup slot would be November 1st at 5pm.

If your requested date & time is available, you will receive a contract and invoice via email that must be signed and paid within 24 hours of receipt in order to hold your session slot. If both documents are not completed within 24 hours, your spot will be given to the next person.

If all requested dates & times are no longer available, I will contact you to choose another time slot.

IMPORTANT

Due to the nature of mini sessions, if you are unable to attend your session on your scheduled session date, you will forefit your session and the full session fee.

Michigan weather is unpredictable! In the event there is incliment weather on the day of your session, I will contact you to confirm a rescheule. Please ensure your are available the following week, same day and time, for reschedules.

You will receive a reminder email for your session within 24-48 hours of your session date, which will provide the session location address and details for your session.

Model Release Agreement

I hereby consent that the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by J.Nicotri Photography LLC for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or publication to promote herself and the studio. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I hereby release and discharge the photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

* For Mini Sessions, full payment of the session fee is required when booking your session to hold your slot.

Additional digital images will be available for purchase a la carte. Wall art, prints, products and holiday cards will also be available for purchase within your final edited gallery.

You will receive your proofing gallery to choose your images within 1 week of your session date. Once you have chosen your images, within 2 weeks you will receive your final gallery with all edited images to download.

All images chosen for your online gallery are chosen at the discretion of J.Nicotri Photography LLC to ensure a variety within your gallery and to best reflect our brand and style. Any images not chosen for your online gallery are trashed during the culling process. Unedited RAW images will NOT be provided at any time.
