Youth Painting Party Details

Cost:

9x12" canvas: $75 plus $15 for each participant 

11x14" canvas: $75 plus $18 for each participant

16x20" canvas: $75 plus $20 for each participant

$75 is due as downpayment upon booking. The downpayment is refundable up to 14 days before the party. The remaining cost is due at the party. If you must cancel within two weeks of the party, we'd be happy to reschedule the party for another date. 

We provide all painting supplies - canvases, paints, paintbrushes, plastic table cloths, easels, water containers, & aprons. {Easels are optional. Often, for younger children, it is easier for them to paint on a flat, horizontal surface rather than a vertical surface.}

You provide the table space for the party unless you specifically request that we bring tables. If concerned whether you have enough table or counter space, let us know, and we'll see how we can help you!

Since we're using paint, we need easy access to a water source. 

The instructor will arrive to the party at least 30 minutes in advance to set up. The painting party will last 1.5-2 hours. 

We advise that party guests do not wear good clothes AND/OR bring a smock or oversized shirt to wear, as the paint will stain clothes. 

Typically, party guests will paint the background of their canvas and then break for a snack while the paint dries. Once paint is dry, guests continue their paintings. When the paintings are complete, guests can play games, open gifts, etc. while their final paintings dry. 

We can do different canvas sizes (or a craft!). Please inquire upon booking the party.
