TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION - This is the guest's responsibility to obtain and verify the required documents needed. If a guest has a felony, owes child support back payment, or has recorded criminal activity form the past - the guest needs to verify if they can travel. Possession of a valid passport does NOT constitute approval. Some countries may deny entry if charged or convicted of crimes elsewhere. An OWI is considered a felony in Canada, even if a misdemeanor in the US and would preclude any cruise travel to Alaska which may involve a flight, port stop, or excursion into Canada.
