  • **FULL*** POTENTIAL VENDORS: Please apply before January 15th. You'll hear from our vendor coordinators within 2 weeks of applying if you are approved to be an expo vendor. 

    After being approved, you will receive a payment form and a more comprehensive informational packet via e-mail. As the event approaches, you'll receive "day of" details. Until then, contact us at peninsulabirthandbaby@gmail.com with any questions.

    **FULL*** CLASSROOMS: We are excited to offer classroom space for speakers and workshops during the entire event, in 30 minute intervals, in 2 different classroom spaces. Interested in teaching a yoga class? Want to talk about the benefits of acupuncture in pregnancy? A classroom spot is perfect for you. The classroom schedules will be posted on our website and social media before the event, and included in the day of brochure. If you are interested in being a classroom presentor, please check the box below. Space this year is very limited and we can't guarantee a classroom space for all that are interested. We'll contact you directly with availability. Classroom slots are $40. 

    ENTRANCE SPONSORS: To increase community accessibility to the expo, most of the proceeds of this sponsorship level will be donated in the form of ticket vouchers (1 voucher = $5 entrance fee) to the Pregnancy Resource Center, Nurse Family Partnership, and Kitsap Community Resources.

    Note: The number of spaces listed in each participation description reflects the total availability, not necessarily the remaining availability. 

    **FULL*** GYMNASIUM VENDOR (x35): $150

    • Vendor space at the event - one, 6x3 table & 2 chairs provided. Located in the gymnasium.
    • Pipe and drape behind the table spaces. There will likely be 4 feet of space behind the table.
    • Your company name and website link as a vendor on the PB&BE website. 
    • Your company name listed on the event directory. 
    • Your company named a vendor on social media posts and event Facebook page.
    • Access to vendor community on Facebook for tips on day of set-up, networking, marketing, and announcements

    **FULL*** LOBBY & LOUNGE VENDOR (x8): $125

    • Vendor space at the event - one, 6x3 table & 2 chairs provided. Located in lobby or upstairs in lounge, decided by expo team
    • Your company name and website link as a vendor on the PB&BE website. 
    • Your company name listed on the event directory. 
    • Your company named a vendor on social media posts and event Facebook page.
    • Access to vendor community on Facebook for tips on day of set-up, networking, marketing, and announcements

    **FULL*** NON-PROFIT VENDOR (x5): $50

    • Vendor space at the event - one, 6x3 table & 2 chairs provided.
    • Your company name and website link as a vendor on the PB&BE website. 
    • Your company name listed on the event directory. 
    • Your company named a vendor on social media posts and event Facebook page.
    • Access to vendor community on Facebook for tips on day of set-up, networking, marketing, and announcements
    • After the 5, $50 slots are approved, full vendor price is applied for other non-profit organizations

    ENTRANCE SPONSORS (x15):  $40

    • One promotional item (provided by you) included in our entrance bags given to every adult attendee on the day of the event.
    • Company name listed on the event directory and on PB&BE website.
    • Inclusion in one social media post listing all entrance sponsors. 
    • This is a great participation option for organizations that may not be present in-person at the expo, to support the community AND have the opportunity to spread your promotional materials to many people at once.

     MAKER/ ARTIST TABLE (x8): $50

    The Maker/ Artist tables are situated on the second floor in a large class room. The Maker/ Artist table is at a discounted price then the regualar gym vendor to encourage more local makers at our event. The upstairs room should recieve plenty of foot traffic since class presentations, childcare, and lobby vendors will also be upstairs.
