All columns are required except for Column B*
*Column B: If your organization's account has multiple layers of locations (representing divisions/regions/etc) then you may use Column B to specify the Company ID where these locations need to be created under. In example, if you are adding a branch to a region, then you would use this column to identify the Company ID for that region.
