INSTRUCTIONS
Anyone who wishes to actively solicit donations on behalf of The GO TEAM must receive approval from the Board of Directors prior to beginning any preparation for solicitation. Submit all requests for third party fundraising events no later than 21 days prior to a requested event using the GO TEAM Fundraising Event Registration Form. The Board will respond to all requests within 5 business days of receipt. All registration forms must include a copy of the GO TEAM Third-Party Fundraising Event Agreement signed by the requesting party. Once a fully executed (board signed) copy of the agreement is returned to the requester, the requester can begin preparation for the fundraiser. All funds raised by third parties will be placed into the general fund and be unrestricted, unless specifically requested by a regional coordinator as a set-aside.
