  • ABOUT THE MENTORING

  • We look for mentors with at least three years’ experience in a career or in running a business, who are able to commit to supporting a young person from our community for six months.

    In terms of matching, we will pair you with a mentee interested in the business industry you’re in or someone who is looking for general career advice and guidance.

  • TRAINING

  • You will receive a Mentor booklet which has a suggested curriculum to cover during mentoring. The curriculum is in place to ensure that there is a consistent experience across all mentoring relationships, however, we very much recommend that you tailor this to suit the needs of your mentee and what they hope to achieve through the mentoring. 

    We will also set up the first session between you and your mentee, where we will explain the scheme and our expectations more fully, as well as provide some training and answer any questions.
