WHAT: EcoFest Toledo is a free, family-friendly sustainability festival that brings together local organizations, businesses, and community members to learn about environmental stewardship and practical ways to live more sustainably. The event emphasizes education, engagement, and hands-on experiences, with a focus on making sustainability accessible and welcoming to all ages.

We encourage vendors to offer interactive, educational, or conversation-based experiences that help attendees connect with your work and take meaningful action beyond the event.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Before you go, please read!

Accepted vendors will be notified 1-2 weeks after submitting their application and no later than April 15. You will recieve an email with more detailed information about being a vendor at EcoFest upon acceptance.
We encourage all vendors to consider items that will be handed out to be recyclable, compostable, or reusable when possible/applicable.
No plastic bags, cellophane, styrofoam, or packing peanuts.
Nonprofit Vendor Booths should be interactive and/or provide a kid friendly activity to help draw in and engage attendees in a way that highlights your mission.
EcoFest strives to be a zero waste event. We rely on our coordinators, volunteers, and vendors to help carry this mission through. Zero waste means that nothing left behind ends up in a landfill.
