How I do business:
1. Spring 2024 WAITLIST now open! After receiving your request, I will contact you to sum up all details about the requested portrait including colors, size and any other pertinent details.
2. Pay your Deposit: For all portraits, a 50% deposit is required to move forward with the project.
You can place a deposit here in this form, but it is not required to submit the form. If you don't place your deposit here, I will contact you and you have you submit your payment via Paypal Invoice sent to your email. (or first payment on your payment plan if we have arranged it)
3. Once I have received your payment, the final photo reference will be selected and I will begin your sketch which will be delivered within a week. I will take into consideration your color choices and other requests, however I do reserve the right to complete the commission how I believe it will work best as a piece of fine art. When you commission a specific artist it is because you like their style, right? Entering into a commission agreement assumes you trust the artist to do the best work they can for your specific needs.
4. Once the piece is completed (painting begins in January), I will send photos for final approval. I will then send the piece to you via UPS or USPS. All pieces require the patron to pay shipping costs which will be paid with your final invoice. They can range from $25 to $300+ depending on size. **I do offer a standard $60 shipping option for the canvas to be removed from the stretchers and rolled and shipped. You will then need to take the piece to a local framer to have it restretched. This costs an average of $75-$150 depending on size.
5. All fees are due before a piece is shipped to your home unless you are on a recurring payment plan.
