This Contract is between Say it with Music DJ Services as the Producer and the person named in the Name Field of this form as the Buyer. The Deposit Amount shown in the Deposit Section of this form is non-refundable unless the Producer is unable to complete the said event. In such a case the deposit will be refunded within 10 office working days. The Balance in the Due Section of this form is must be paid by the Event Date listed on this form prior to the beginning of the Event. The buyer does and will assume all responsibility for damages to the Producer equipment should any of the guests become unruly and damage said equipment. All returned checks will be charged a $25 service charge. It is hereby acknowledged that there are no refunds or discounts implied on services should playing time be less then originally scheduled or by late arrival of the Bridal Party, longer then expected dinner time, fire, photography, or any other delay that is beyond the control of the producer. We reserve the right to substitute DJs as needed without prior notice. The Producer is not responsible for any bodily damage or injury incurred by a participant or spectator during the event. There are no guarantees that every song requested will be in our library. Libraries are updated every month and most of the charted hits are included. Due to Covid 19 we have opted the following policy concerning refunds if, by no fault of our own, you are forced to cancel your event due to state guidelines and restrictions. All Deposits and payments will be refunded in full within (30) office working days.
