EcoFest Toledo Vendor Agreement
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at EcoFest Toledo! We’re excited to partner with businesses committed to sustainability. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of participation.
Application & Acceptance
- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
- You will be notified of your application status via email within 1-2 weeks of submission, and no later than April 30, 2025.
- Acceptance emails will include a link for secure online payment of the $25 vendor fee and detailed vendor information.
Vendor Fee & Payment
- A non-refundable $25 vendor fee is required to secure your booth space.
- Payment is due within one week of receiving your acceptance email. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your space.
Sustainability Practices – Our Shared Commitment
EcoFest Toledo is dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint. We ask all vendors to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Packaging: We strongly encourage the use of recyclable, compostable, or reusable packaging.
- Prohibited Materials: The use of plastic bags, cellophane, Styrofoam, and packing peanuts is strictly prohibited.
Zero Waste Initiative
We strive to be a zero-waste event through the collaborative efforts of our vendors, volunteers, and attendees. Please be mindful of the materials you bring and ensure proper disposal of any waste generated at your booth.
