1. Sochi Dogs agrees to deliver the dog named in this Adoption Agreement. The dog delivered is the dog selected by the Adopter via the Sochi Dogs website.
2. Sochi Dogs will provide the adopter with an international passport and a health certificate for the adopted dog, which contains all of its veterinary information.
3. To Sochi Dogs’ knowledge, the dog does not have any undisclosed medical conditions, and Sochi Dogs is not responsible for any medical conditions, which develop after the adoption date.
4. The Adopter will take the dog to a veterinarian within 21 days after adoption. Sochi Dogs is not responsible for any medical fees incurred after the adoption date.
5. The Adopter will provide this dog with humane care and maintenance in accordance with all current and future state, county and local laws and ordinances where Adopter resides.
6. The Adopter will provide the dog with necessary veterinary care upon sickness, disease, and injury. Adopter will take the dog to the veterinarian once a year for an examination and routine vaccinations, or more often, if necessary.
7. The Adopter will provide this dog with humane living conditions, including a fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. He or she shall not be kept chained or tied-out.
8. This dog will reside in the Adopter’s home, will be kept as a household pet, and will not be used for breeding, or exclusively as a hunting or guard dog.
9. The Adopter will provide a collar and identification tag for the dog to wear outside the Adopter’s property.
10. The Adopter consents to the examination of this dog by Sochi Dogs at any time and acknowledges that Sochi Dogs has the right to reclaim the dog at any time for failure to comply with the terms of this contract. In this circumstance, the adopter will not be refunded any fees incurred in the adoption.
11. The dog shall not be given away, sold, or exchanged without prior written consent of Sochi Dogs.
