  • Your booking

  • Please tell us when will your dog stay at The Dog House Farm Stay. Unless agreed otherwise:

    Overnight stays: drop off is from 9am and pick up is before midday, unless agreed differently.

    Day care: drop off is from 9am and pick up before evening meal - unless agreed differently.

    Walking: during the cooler months this will happen in the middle of the day so that your wonder-dog will have a break from the solitude, however this might change if the weather dictate so.

  • Terms and condition

    I will take every precaution to ensure your pet has a happy and safe stay.In the unlikely event that it is necessary for me to seek veterinary assistance and I am unable to reach the owner, then the client agrees that the cost of any procedure undertaken as a result, will be their full financial responsibility.
  • What if you need to cancel?

    Something I learnt from last year has been the need to introduce a cancellation policy. Whilst The Dog House Farm Stay is very much a fun thing to do - some doggies missed out on the fun because some other doggies did not turned up as agreed. So here some very simple rules:

    New fur-friends.

    • 20% deposit required at booking time via bank transfer - booking not confirmed until deposit and booking form received.
    • Full refund if pet owner cancels at least 48hrs before the service begins.
    • 50% refund for the cancelled days if cancelled within 48hrs before the service begins.
    • Once the booking has started, a refund is not possible.

    Old fur-mates.

    • For stays during school holidays (or part of) - 20% deposit required at booking time via bank transfer - booking not confirmed until deposit and booking form received.
    • Full refund if pet owner cancels at least 48hrs before the service begins.
    • Deposit forfeit if cancelled within 48hrs before the service begins.
    • Once the booking has started, a refund is not possible.
  • Payments 

  • for sleepovers/sole occupancy/walks/post-veterinary care or anything else - we will be in touch to confirm booking dates and fee; we will also advise you if deposit is required, otherwise payment will be at pickup time (card payment available) - to proceed with your booking just press submit.

    Fees are as follows:

    Sleepovers:

    one dog: $50 per night

    two dogs: $75 per night

    three dogs: $100 per night

    four dogs: $125 per night

    Sole Occupancy: $150 per night, max 4 dogs/one owner

    Walks: $25/hr per dog

    Post-veterinary care: $50 per 24hrs period per dog (example - rest and controlled exercise after surgery)
