Be signing below, I grant Experience Scottsdale permission to add the above images and/or videos to their digital asset library and use them in their marketing efforts, which may include, but are not limited to, Experience Scottsdale collateral, web site, advertorial sections, social media, commercials, video advertising, and out-of-home displays. In addition, I grant Experience Scottsdale permission to share these images/videos with members of the media for use in Scottsdale editorials, and with meeting planners and group travel professionals to promote Scottsdale programs.

Further, I acknowledge that I have the full rights to these images/videos or have obtained the photographer, videographer or rights-holder’s permission to share these assets with Experience Scottsdale for the uses stated above.
