The cruise deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits vary upon your selected room category. Payments can be split between 2 credit cards if needed. Payments can be arranged monthly. Final Payment is due August 10, 2024. The Carnival Cruise Lines cancellation policy will be followed. After completing this form, a TFW representrative will contact you for your deposit payment and to arrange your payment schedule!

If you have a particular cabin catergories or cabin request, please make a note in the comment section. We can book any cabin that is not reserved!

If you see a cabin type other than what is listed on the TFWCruise.org website, you can send me a message when you register in the comment box and tell me what room category that you want to be in. I can book any cabin of that sail date that is not booked as TFWCruise.com is the travel agent.

This is a group, charity cruise so the added "Entertainment" items below are included only with you book through www.TFWCruise.org only.

Deposits and wristband bookings are non refundable. Additionally, the use of this entertainment wristband is subject to the Purchase and Participation Agreement (PPA) as published Texas Firewalkers. By using wristband, you agree to be bound by the PPA. All rights reserved.

There will be 2 separate charges that will appear on your credit card statement. All Cabins are billed through Carnival Cruise Lines and will appear on their credit card statement. Additionally all entertainment wristbands will be billed by Texas Firewalkers and will appear as such on your credit card statement as a separate charge. The "Entertainment" fee is $100/person over the cost of your cruise ticket. Port fees and taxes are paid to Carnival Cruise Lines with your cruise ticket.
