In order to reserve the Black Box, you must be a Faculty of Fine Arts faculty member or graduate student working on your own research project. An autonomous production process is expected.

The principal investigator is on-site for the duration of the booking and will be responsible for coordinating all technical requirements and managing any additional participants. You may not delegate your access to any other user
- The Start and End time will be at 10h00 on the dates you choose.
- Unless you have a confirmed zero state booking (with no technical support) this is an appointment and you must be present so please plan your activities accordingly. At both times, a maximum of four hours set-up and strike is provided. There is no technical support provided beyond this.
- The Start and End dates will be confirmed once we schedule a technician.
- Start and End dates must fall on a regular weekday.

Technical Requirements
Please detail all requirements that are outside the normal zero state for the Black Box.
- Zero State refers to the default technical confirguration of the space with pre-set sound and lights.
- If you have additional and/or specializedtechnical requirements, you are required to provide detailed information at least 6 weeks prior to your start date so that the Faculty can assess viability, safety and the potential for additional supportFailure to do so may mean you booking is cancelled.
- By default, technical support is only scheduled at the start and end of your booking and only the technician will have access to the grid and the equipment storage.
- This is not an equipment request. Any equipment that is not part of the Black Box inventory will need to be provided by you.

Are you planning a public event as part of this reservation?
A public event is an event welcoming members of the external community at numbers greater than 10 at a single time. Should the Principal Investigator wish to create a public event, please note that this information is required at the time of booking. The Principal Investigator will be considered the event coordinator and must be present throughout the duration of the event. The Principal Investigator will be expected to be familiar with and to follow University policies. Please be aware that No Food or Drink is allowed in the Black Box.
