A public event is an event welcoming members of the external community at numbers greater than 10 at a single time. Should the Principal Investigator wish to create a public event, please note that this information is required at the time of booking. The Principal Investigator will be considered the event coordinator and must be present throughout the duration of the event. The Principal Investigator will be expected to be familiar with and to follow University policies. Please be aware that No Food or Drink is allowed in the Black Box.
