The undersigned organization, corporation and/or individual allied with (or) associated with the business of insurance and an exponent to the principles of the American Agency System hereby applies for associate membership in the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas. Annual dues will be determined by the Big I Arkansas Executive Committee and collected on a calendar year basis.

ANNUAL ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES

Companies, MGA's and Surplus Lines Brokers, and Vendors of insurance-related products and services all qualify for Associate Membership with Big I Arkansas.

Annual membership fees are $500.00 due by January 1.

Designate the one individual (main contact) in your firm whom you wish to receive all Association correspondence through your membership with Big I Arkansas.

In signing this application for membership, I/we pledge to abide by the By-Laws now in force and which may be hereafter adopted by the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas and faithfully to carry out the letter and spirit of the Code of Ethics of the Independent Agents of Arkansas.
