We understand and agree that the Calimesa Chamber of Commerce has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation. I agree for myself, and for any minor for which I am responsible, that participation in the "Get Your Lights on, Calimesa!" Parade is at my own risk and subject to all parade rules. I further agree to make no claim whatsoever, on my own behalf or on the behalf of any other person, against the City of Calimesa or the Calimesa Chamber of Commerce,its officers and employees for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever,which occurs from any cause whatsoever, as a result of or arising out of this Parade. Should any claim of any nature be brought against the City of Calimesa or the Calimesa Chamber of Commerce as a result of any participation in the Parade or a result of the participation in the Parade or any minor for whom I am responsible, I understand that the sponsoring parties have made no provision and accept no responsibility for the safety of participant’s person or property. *
