Introduction
I am so glad you decided to book a session with Chantel Hruska Photography. I can't wait to capture your personality as you embark on whatever it is that the future holds for you.

Because every individual is unique, I want to customize your session just for you.

The questions that follow will help me capture you in a way that resonates with you and represents this special snapshot in time.

Please feel free to answer the questions in as much detail as possible - it really helps me to get to know you prior to our session.

If there is a section that doesn't apply feel free to skip over it, and if you would prefer to chat this over by phone or in person I am happy to do that too!

One quick note, while you're answering questions about what you like.... feel free to add what you don't like as well.

What type of session are you wanting?

Please list all the people to be photographed during the session (escort, parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.) and note their relationship to the grad.
Tell me a bit about yourself and each member that will be participating in the session (names, ages of kids, likes and dislikes, personality traits, super-powers, etc).
Do you have a location in mind for your session? If not, do you have a "feel" you would like (ie; industrial setting, valley, water, trees, farm, old building, etc.)
Is there anything that you would like incorporated into your photos (ie. sports, animals, etc.)?
Is there anything else you think would be helpful for me to know before our session. (super shy children, physical difficulties and disabilities, etc.)
Do you have any specific features you would like retouched (acne, recent bruises, birthmarks, etc).
