President’s Week Arts Program (PWAP): February 18-22 (Grades K-5th)

BAX is committed to offering high-quality and accessible arts programs for all. As such, our School Breaks Arts Program tuition is priced at three tiers, which includes sliding scale subsidies of up to 40% so that each family can assess the price that works best for their household. This is based on an honor system of your-expressed-need (we do not require financial documentation). By paying what you are able, you help us better meet the needs of other families. Click HERE to register online. Registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis, and half of the tuition must be received to secure a spot.
If you are seeking financial assistance beyond 40% tuition subsidy, CONTINUE FILLING OUT THIS FORM. Please note that unfortunately, our ability to give aid beyond 40% is limited. These requests will be accepted beginning January 2nd and are available on a first come, first serve basis (for both PWAP, SBAP and SBMC). Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an email offer within 10 business days and you will have 3 business days to accept an offer. Any offer not accepted within 3 business days will be forfeited and we will move on to sending offers to the next people on our waiting list.
FA Requests of 75% and greater by new families will require an in person welcome meeting with a BAX Financial Aid Representative, which our office will take responsibility to schedule and which will not delay the processing of your application. (Returning applicants requesting 75-100% may also be asked to meet with a representative.)
Please note that our capacity to provide full scholarships (100% subsidized tuition) is especially limited due to limited program and budget capacity. Requests for full scholarships require an application as well as a letter by the primary caregiver(s) further addressing 1). the family’s need and 2). the particular value this BAX program will have for the family. Applications will not be considered complete without this accompanying letter. If we are able to meet your request, we will reach out to schedule a welcome meeting with the Education Director after you have confirmed the offer amount.
If we’re unable to meet your request, we will put you on a wait-list and will notify you if additional spots become available.
To apply, please complete the online application below. (Hardcopies are available in person at the BAX front desk.)
