Newcomer: 1st year. Bronze figures only.

Bronze: Beginning, 1-2 years experience

Silver 1: Early Intermediate, 2-3 years experience

Silver 2: Late Intermediate, 3-4 years experience

Gold 1: early advanced, less than 5 years experience

Gold 2: 5+ years experience.
