        A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 to Landlord, for reviewing and processing application. (Payment via quickpay/zellepay using e-mail Lucy@bgirentals.com, cash app to username $BGiRentals).

    __ A community security deposit of $500.00 to Landlord to reserve an apartment and remove from the market. (Lowered to $350.00 if paid within  24 hours after submitting application)

        A non-refundable administration fee of $200.00 to Landlord, for lease paperwork. (Waived at this time per management request).

  • A non-refundable Pet fee of $300.00 and Community Security Deposit of $0.00.*
  • REPRESENTATIONS: Applicant and Applicant's spouse represent that the given or written
    statements are true and complete. Providing false information is grounds for rejection,
    termination of any lease and retention of any/all money tendered to Landlord as liquidated
    damages to cover the cost of taking & processing this application and removing the premises
    from the market and holding same for applicant.


    AUTHORIZATION: Applicant and Applicant's spouse authorize Landlord or Landlord's agent
    to request and obtain a copy of any consumer, credit, and criminal background report, to
    verify credit, rental, employment, and character references or any other information related
    to this application or in the event, during the lease term for lease renewal purposes.


    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand that my application and administration fee is not
    refundable, and that I will forfeit any deposits if I falsify any information in this application or
    if after being approved, I refuse or cancel my plans to rent the apartment.
