I understand that flyball training sometimes requires other people to handle my dog, and that flyball is a multi dog per team sport. I can confirm that my dog does not display aggression towards humans and is not overtly aggressive with other dogs. I acknowledge that my dog must be up to date on current vaccinations or titers. I acknowledge that my dog will be in a kennel or crate while other dogs are working. I agree to neither bring to, nor use negative reinforcement/punishment training tools during class.

Please make sure to bring a few of your dog’s favorite toys AND treats to class. Water is available for both humans and dogs, but if you want your dog to use a separate bowl from other class members, remember to bring that with you as well.

We will have wire crates available for crating your dog in between their turns, but feel free to bring your own crate or bedding if you think your dog would be more comfortable.

This class will work on a continual punch card system. You will purchase 6 classes at a time, but these classes do not have to be attended for 6 weeks in a row. You will have 10 weeks in which to use your 6 clases (though it is recommended that you not miss too many weeks between classes.) Your instructors will keep your card on file, and will make a “punch” for each class you attend. Once you have used your 6 classes, you may then choose to purchase 6 more classes, if you would like to continue with your training. Our class sessions will run continually, so that, eventually, dogs of different levels of training will be participating in each class.

Our classes are designed to be group inclusive. While each dog is guaranteed at least 2 one-on-one sessions per class, we encourage human students to pay attention, engage, and ask questions during other’s sessions also. We also encourage students to participate in helping out in class with things like box loading, ball shagging, etc (don’t worry, you’ll learn those terms!) Flyball is a team sport, and we aim to teach the handler/owner the aspects and ins and outs of the sport, as well as the dogs.

Once we receive your registration form, we will email you with any additional questions we may have, along with an invoice for 6 classes and an email with more information about classes. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE (spot not held) UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR PAYMENT. Your 10 week span in which to use your 6 punches starts the Sunday after we receive your payment.
