Usage Dates

Camp Dart-Lo: Year-round
Camp Sweyolakan: June 1st to September 30th
Camp Sweyolakan will be unavailable from June 1st, 2023 until June 2025 due to a water project at camp.

(We host residential summer camp June-August, therefore some dates within that window are unavailable).
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at a Camp Fire Inland Northwest Camp. While this application is NOT a contract, please be aware of the following:
- ALCOHOL & TOBACCO is not permitted at Camp Sweyolakan unless previous special arrangements have been made with the approval of the Executive Director or designee. Alcohol may be granted to adults groups only and a signed Alcohol Policy and or Tobacco Policy must be provided at the event.
- A certificate naming Camp Fire Inland Northwest as additionally insured, at a level no less than $1,000,000 must accompany a final agreement or be sent to the Camp Fire office prior to group arrival.
- A $200 Refundable Damage Fee will be added to all usage agreement totals.
- 25% Non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due prior to 90 days of the contract date. The deposit will be applied to the balance. Unpaid deposit may result in cancellation.
- Final participation numbers must be reported 1 week prior to the event. Balance of fees must be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
- The group shall pay for damages to camp property, facilities and equipment caused by the group. If these damages total more than the $200 Damage Feposit, the additional damage fees much be paid within 30 days of receipt of the claim.

Camp Fire Inland Northwest has two camps in Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho; if you have a preference please check the box next to that camp. Sweyolakan is our residence camp on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Camp Dart-Lo is our day camp on the Little Spokane River.

Programming Details

Camp Fire offers a variety of options for programming for your groups. As a user group, you will have the option to experience Camp Fire programming or simply use our facilities to run your own programming or retreat.
