Payments & Fees:
Attendance: Students are expected to consistently attend all lessons and classes for the entirety of the session. If a lesson must be missed due to illness or emergency, please notify the instructor or the office. NO MAKE UP LESSONS OR FINANCIAL CREDIT FOR MISSED LESSONS UNLESS DUE TO THE INSTRUCTORS ABSENCE.

2018/19 Scholarship Application
The NCMC awards scholarship funds to students who demonstrate commitment, curiosity, and creativity in their study of music. A limited number of need based scholarships are granted on a first-come, first served basis.
All scholarship applicants must submit their most recent IRS form 1040. Scholarships will not be processed without a form 1040. The amount of aid awarded will be reflected on your current invoice. Aid will be applied toward one instrument only.
Receiving scholarship requires the following commitment on the recipient’s part. Lack of commitment may result in loss of scholarship.
All scholarship applicants must complete this form and return it to NCMC. Completing this form does not guarantee a scholarship. To submit via email, this fillable pdf form may be downloaded, completed, saved using the student’s last name and current year, and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.(PDFs submitted by email should have SSN blacked out for security).
Hard copies of this application are also available to be submitted in person in the office at 56 Centre, or can be sent by mail sent to the attention of:
