We are super excited to hear about YOUR Specific Hair Goals, and WHY You Want to Experience Muse Luxury Hair Extensions. We are certified in several hand tied hair extension methods and will suggest what is best for you. Our salon is an education hub for our methods and we bring years of expertise to your experience. If you have had extensions and maybe it wasnt so great of an experience I can promise you this will be different. Salon Muse was the first salon in BC to offer Natural Beaded Rows and we specialize in several forms of hand tied hair extensions. We have access to the most luxurious and elite hair on the market that is exclusive to salons like ours.

Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within two weeks or less of your hair appointment.

*This courtesy is not to be confused with wanting to go “blonder”. A lot of the time we have clients who want minimal blonde and once they get a little bit of blonde they want to go blonder instantly. This would be booked as a separate paying appointment.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We do thorough consults, pre-consultation forms and there is no guarantee your hair will get to your desired outcome in one appointment and does not warrant a refund. We will give you realistic expectations prior to beginning your hair transformation

HAIR EXTENSION REFUNDS + DEPOSITS:

A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of your consultation to hold your installation appointment date. This covers the cost of your hair extensions.

All hair extension sales are final.

COLORING YOUR OWN HAIR/ REMOVING YOURSELF:

We do not guarentee the quality of our hair if you choose to color it yourself or if you get it removed elsewhere outside of Salon Muse.
