    Affiliate Chapter Application

    This application is for individuals seeking the opportunity to run and operate an Operation Charlie Bravo in their area in order to help provide a workshop for Veterans suffering from PTSD and/or TBI and/or depression. This workshop would need to include trained individuals skilled in various areas of Motorcycle fabrication, restoration, and customization to help teach / mentor Veterans. Once projects are completed by the Veteran, it is theirs to keep free of charge.

    ONCE THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED THE INDIVIDUAL WANTING TO START THE EXPANSION MUST TRAVEL TO OUR SHOP IN CROWN POINT, INDIANA TO PARTICIPATE IN AT LEAST ONE SUNDAY SHOP DAY IN ORDER TO EXPERIENCE THE FULL ATMOSPHERE OF WHAT A SHOP DAY IS SUPPOSED TO BE. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER YOUR GARAGE ON SUNDAY'S TO O.C.B. FOR SOME VETERAN HOT ROD / DIY THERAPY.
  • Your Leadership

    Your Chapter would need to elect a President (garage owner).This individual would be responsible / in charge of operations and staffing the new Chapter. He or She must be an Honorable Discharge Veteran of the United States Military. The individual holding the position of President would report to the National Executive Director and Founder Jason Zaideman. If the Chapter President cannot maintain a Vice President, Secretary, and a Treasurer (minimum 4 members - no max) that are fulfilling their assigned volunteer duties, running the chapter, providing services to Veterans, sticking to the mission, then it is our duty to dissolve (close) your Affiliate Chapter. It is the Chapter Presidents duty to build a solid team and keep them mission focused and on task and accountable for completing tasks assigned. The President is looking for follow through from people that volunteer to help make your location the best resource possible for Veterans entering your programs. If someone on your team that volunteered to hold a position cannot accomplish their assigned duty, then it is your job as Chapter President to respectfully remove them and find someone that can help move your Chapter in the right direction. At least 75% of your team must be honorable discharge Veterans. You cannot do this alone. Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.
