Thank you for your interest in 13 Ugly Men Foundation. We are actively accepting applications from charities that make a difference in our community. The 13 Ugly Men Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, has raised well in excess of a million dollars for deserving charities and causes around Tampa Bay since 1998. The Foundation is an ardent supporter of local charities and organizations that benefit children’s issues, women’s issues, crisis intervention, law enforcement and our military men and women.

To apply to receive a donation from our group, please submit the following application. Once your application is received, you will be contacted by a member of our Selection Committee within 90 days with an update on your application's status. Applicants that move on to the second round of our vetting process will be called in to interview before our Selection Committee & Board. The final step in the process is a confirmation vote by our full membership.
