TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SETUP TIME: 8:00AM – 8:30AM BREAKDOWN TIME: 5:00PM – 5:30PM
FACILITY: Holiday Inn Washington - College Park, 10000 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, Maryland 20740.
AGREEMENT: All terms and conditions will be firmly enforced. All participants hereby agree to adhere to all VeteransBizUp guidelines, policies, terms and conditions when submitting an order to participate.
USE OF SPACE: Sponsors and Exhibitors have full access to vend in the open Expo area of the hotel. Exhibit banners must be free-standing and no materials may be appended to the walls. Inventory must be discreetly stored within the tablespace. Exhibitors shall not sublet or share exhibit space provided us. Any additional exhibitors must fully register to take part in the conference. All information provided or shared must cater to servicing veterans.
DISMANTLE OF EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS: Exhibit tables should remain open and intact throughout the conference until prior approved by the organizer prior to the event. Two people should attend to cover each other for lunch and health breaks. Please do not leave your booth unattended if valuables are present. If you are here alone and require someone to give you a health break or time to pick up your lunch, please notify the organizers.
UNLOADING AND LOADING: The main entrance will be used for loading and unloading your exhibitor equipment. All exhibitors are responsible for removal and placement of trash in receptacles from their areas to avoid clean-up fees.
PARKING: Parking is free and is available in the parking lot area at the front of the hotel and surrounding areas.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: The front entrance is wheelchair accessible and all meeting rooms are located on the first floor.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Please keep in mind we have a limited number of exhibitor spaces available. When registering for this event, we are reserving a space for your organization after acceptance of your application and payment. If a Participant cancels, you have the option to send a substitute representative or organization in your place. If there are no substitutes, a cancellation notice must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before February 28, 2020 to receive a 50% refund. There will be no cancellations or refunds given after this date. All Sales are donated to charity programs and are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT: As part of the convention, you may be photographed or recorded on audio and/or video and this media may be used in future conference marketing and communication materials. Your attendance at the conference implies your consent to be photographed or recorded.
LIABILITY: All advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims to materials, displays, equipment or other property brought into the premises of the Hotel conference area. Participants also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Destination Achievers Incorporated, its parent affiliates, their heirs, executors, directors, agents; and hotel, its agent, servants, and employees, against any and all liability, losses, damages, and claims. This includes any damages resulting from costs, expenses arising from, out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor and/or Sponsors occupancy use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof. Amendment of Rules: Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding terms and conditions shall be subject solely to the decision of Destination Achievers, Incorporation and the Hotel.
